Avgust Automations ("we") is an internal tool operated by AVGUST - FZCO, used to manage and moderate comments on Instagram accounts that we own and operate.
Through the Instagram API, we process public comments on our own Instagram posts: comment text, commenter username and ID, and related post metadata. We do not collect data from any other users or accounts.
Comment data is used solely for moderation of our own Instagram presence (reviewing, hiding, or responding to comments). We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties.
Comment data is stored on secure servers and retained only as long as needed for moderation purposes.
To request deletion of your data, contact us at help@avgust.ae and we will remove it within 30 days.
