Avgust Automations is an internal tool operated by AVGUST - FZCO. The tool is used by our team to review, categorize, report on, and moderate activity on social media accounts that we own or operate.
Depending on the connected platform and the permissions granted to our app, we may process social media account data such as public profile information, public posts or videos, public comments and replies, commenter usernames or IDs, timestamps, and related content metadata.
For TikTok, the app may access authorized account profile information and public video metadata through TikTok APIs. The app is used only for internal account review and moderation workflows.
We use this data only to operate our internal moderation process: reviewing content, categorizing moderation cases, preparing internal reports, responding to or hiding comments where platform tools allow it, and keeping a moderation history for our owned accounts.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use social media data for advertising targeting or unrelated profiling.
Data is available only to authorized team members and service providers that help us operate the moderation system. We do not transfer this data to unrelated third parties.
Moderation data is stored on secure servers and retained only as long as needed for moderation, reporting, compliance, and audit purposes.
To request deletion of your data, contact us at help@avgust.ae. We will review and remove eligible data within 30 days.
